Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that time, cancellation is not guaranteed, as production may have begun. Please contact us by email. We do not process cancellations through social media.

Custom Orders & Proof Approval
After your order is placed, a digital proof will be sent to the email address provided, usually within one business day. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details in the proof, including spelling, colors, sizing, and personalization.

Please reply to the proof email with either approval or requested changes. We print and ship within about one business day after approval.

If we do not receive a response within 3–5 business days after sending the proof, the order will be printed and shipped as shown in the proof.

Once printing has begun or the order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Refunds & Returns
Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns. Refunds are only issued if we made a mistake or the item arrives damaged.
