Cleaning the Band Clean the inside of the band daily using rubbing alcohol. Many parents find that 70–90% alcohol works well. Using a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the inside is often more effective than just spraying. The outside of the band usually does not need strong cleaning. If needed, wipe it gently with water or a damp cloth. Avoid using concentrated alcohol on the outside if it has been sealed with Mod Podge, as alcohol can soften or damage

If you sealed the decals with Mod Podge to the proper thickness (I hope you did!), removing it is a snap!  Use your fingernail and start at the edge of the Mod Podge,  and work it until you can start to pull on the Mod Podge, and then it will remove in nice big sheets.  It is even easier than removing the decals themselves!
