How long is the shipping transient time?
We ship most orders via USPS.
First Class Mail (0–16 oz): USPS estimates 1–3 business days.
Priority Mail (17 oz–4 lbs): USPS estimates 1–3 business days.
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. We cannot control delivery times once a package is accepted by USPS.
About Domestic shipping times
Once tracking becomes active, USPS will show an “Expected Delivery Date.” This is an estimate and may change due to weather, logistics delays, holidays, or other factors.
Tracking is not updated in real time. It is common to see no updates for 2–4 days, then multiple scans appear at once.
Based on our experience, most packages arrive within 1–4 business days. Occasionally, delivery may take up to 7 business days. Delays beyond that are rare.
If Your Package Is Delayed
If your package has not arrived by the expected date, please continue monitoring the USPS tracking page.
We do not have access to additional tracking information beyond what USPS provides online, and we cannot speed up a package in transit.
In most cases, delayed packages arrive within 7 business days. If a package exceeds 7 business days with no tracking progress, please contact us and we will review the situation. If necessary, we will reprint and reship.
About International shipping times
International delivery times vary and are less predictable than domestic shipments. Depending on destination and customs processing, delivery may take several days to a few weeks.
All international orders ship via USPS and are delivered by your local postal service once they enter your country.
Please note that once a package leaves the United States, it is handled by international postal systems and customs agencies. We do not have control over delays, customs processing, or final delivery.
While loss is uncommon, international shipments carry more risk than domestic ones. Once the package has been accepted by USPS and is in transit, we are not able to guarantee delivery or provide compensation for lost international packages.
Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees.
